Preparar a pele para o Verão | Prepare the skin for Summer

Olá a todos. Os dias estão a ficar mais quentes e já há aquela vontade de ir para a praia apanhar sol. Mas para isso é muito importante preparar a pele para ficarmos com um bronzeado bonito e uniforme. Ficam aqui algumas dicas para seguirem :)

Hello to all. The days are getting warmer and we have that desire to go to the beach sunbathing. But it is very important to prepare the skin to stay with a nice and uniform tan. Here are some tips to follow :)

1- Muita hidratação | Plenty of hydration
Para além de beber muita água (1,5 a 2 litros por dia), usem cremes hidratantes a seguir ao banho para manter a pele hidratada.
                                        ----------------------------------------------------
In addition to drinking plenty of water (1.5 to 2 liters per day), use moisturizers after the bath to keep the skin hydrated.

2- Usar protector solar | Use sunscreen
Usar no mínimo FPS 15 para prevenir a pele do envelhecimento.

Use at least SPF 15 to prevent skin from aging.

3- Cuidar da cara | Face care
Tentem evitar o aparecimento de borbulhas e pontos negros com sabonetes que contenham ácido salicílico, que reduzem a oleosidade da pele.

Try to avoid the appearance of pimples and blackheads with soaps containing salicylic acid, which reduce the oiliness of the skin.

4- Cuidado com a depilação | Care with waxing
Se fizerem a depilação com cera quente ou fria, não apanhem sol nas próximas 24h.
                                             ------------------------------------------------
If you do waxing with hot or cold wax, overtakes the sun the next 24 hours.

5- Sol com moderação | Sun in moderation
Não queiram ficar bronzeadas no primeiro dia. Evitem apanhar sol durante o dia inteiro. O ideal é começar aos poucos e nada de apanhar sol nas maiores horas de calor.

Not wanting to be tanned on the first day. Avoid sunbathing during the entire day. O ideal is to start slowly and no sun in the greatest hour of heat.

6- Esfoliar a pele | Exfoliate the skin
Uma semana antes de começar a apanhar sol, esfoliem a pele para que fique lisinha e o bronzeado fique uniforme.

A week before you start sunbathing, exfoliate the skin so that it is smooth and the tan stays uniform.

7- Não tomar banho de água quente | Don't take shower with hot water
A água quente deixa a pele ressequida. O ideal é tomar banho de água fria ou morna.

The hot water leaves the skin parched. The ideal is take shower with cold or lukewarm water.

8- Alimentar-se correctamente | Feed properly
Sumo de laranja, cenoura, abóbora e manga ajudam a prolongar o bronzeado. Portanto abusem destes alimentos.

Orange juice, carrots, pumpkin and mango help to prolong your tan. So abuse of these foods.
